I think Chedda looks like a million fricken bucks! She's wearn the hell outta that dress! Lol
I would say star. Something about chedda looks too hood fab. Maybe it's the pose. Star has this elegant pose going on. I would say open toe shoes work best with this dress. I am not feeling the close toe that Chedda has. She still looks nice but Star has her on this one.
Hood is good. Star cant rock no outfit, she's a mess!!! Also, not feeling her white shoes. White shoes are the hardest things to pull off cause they tend to look cheap. Im sure Star's shoes are designer but they dont compliment her HERVE.
Chedda looks cute.
