There is a place for fashion at every price point weather you shop at Saks 5th Ave or Target most of us are still trying to keep up with the latest trends. In a time where gas prices are high and credit card debt is taking over, we are striving to look good on a budget. The only problem is that some of us don't know how to, it's hard to go from shopping the racks of Bergdorf Goodman to looking for perfect cocktail dress at Conways. In times like these the person to turn to is Kathryn Finney author of How to Be A Budget Fashionista. Kathryn Finney is the creator of the website thebudgetfashionista.com which was spawned from her "love of fashion but lack of cash" in 2003. Kathryn's site is one of the most popular Blogs on the Internet and her book How to Be A Budget Fashionista , published in 2006 by Random House has been mention in over 300 publications and over 50 television segments, thus she has made appearances of NBC's Today Show, Good Morning America and CNN. On September 9th I caught up with Kathryn at her Budget Fashionista 5 year anniversary party at the Housing Works Thrift shop on 17th street in Manhattan. The party had a great mix of fashionistas , supermodel and TV Host Roshumba Williams and Carson Kressley of the TV show Queer Eye were just some of the familiar faces that were there to help her celebrate.

ON THE SCENE- LOUIS VUITTON PARTY

Hey guys..I went to this really cool party at the Louis Vuitton SOHO store. The party was in honor of the new LV graphite collection. It is the new men's line that LV has, with a grey damier print. I had on Louboutins , so I was feeling like the bell of the ball. The Champagne was flowing so it was a great look ..lol. Enjoy the pics.

Hey guys welcome back. So today I read on my favorite new blog www.thewagonbk.com that PDiddy bought the clothing brand Enyce from Liz Claiborne. In honor of his major purchase I decided to post some pics from an exclusive Sean John fashion show that PDiddy hosted in honor of his 10th anniversary. The show was held late at night on the main floor of Macy's Herald Square, he shut it down!. Enjoy the pics.

ON THE SCENE- MOCHA'S BIRTHDAY

Hey guys welcome back. I have been gone for a very longtime, but I am back now. There is have so much to tell you about. After careful consideration I decided to start with my birthday. On June 5th I had a huge celebration and all of my close friends came out to celebrate with me. My girls from my crew Major League Officials surprised me with a hotel room at the Waverly hotel in the Village. They gave me a full glam makeover for the day. I got my dress from L'Impasse on West 8th street in Soho and my hair and makeup was done by my BFF Major Chedda. After dinner at Chef Yu restaurant I headed over to 40/40 lounge and then had a huge party at Star Lounge in the Chelsea Hotel. It's actually the same place Rihanna threw her BFF a Bday party recently. I had so much fun..
