ON THE SCENE- FUR SHOW

Hey guys welcome back, is it just me or does this fall weather have you thinking about your new fur. Since it is always best to start checking for you new coat before Winter actually hits, I wanted to show you guys a few cool coats. I was recently in a fur and diamond show and the coats were amazing. The jewelry was also to die for, I had on a million dollar necklace ..WoW! The furs are from Macy's Fur Salon and the jewelry was provided by Iberjoya. The day after the fashion show I went shopping for a new fur coat. ON THE SCENE-UPTOWN MAGAZINE

Hey guys welcome back, so the Fall is here and it is time to get out your Fall gear. I am so excited to go shopping for the new season. For all of those guys who have to go shopping for their Fall suits Uptown Magazine had a really cool event. They co hosted an evening with "The Tastemakers" Special guests included stylist, June Ambrose, and Common. The event was really cool, the panel talked about fashion and what men need to know when thy go shopping for suits. As always MochaMoves tries to bring you some behind the scenes pics, so I met up backstage with one of the assistant stylists working on event my girl Cathy . She gave me a preview of some of the falls hot new looks for men. The fashion show was an informal one, which means no runway. The sexy models stood up on displays for all to see. MUSIC-KEYSHIA COLE

Hey guys welcome back, so it's Sunday and I am doing my wrap up for the past few weeks. I am just thinking about a few things that I didn't mention to you guys that I had planned on putting you onto. One thing that popped up is the new Keyshia Cole album "Just Like You". I went to one of her album release parties in NYC that was hosted by my friend Obi of Motions Ent. and her manager Manny. The party was a lot of fun she even did an impromptu performance of her hit single " Let It Go". Keyshia sat at the table next to mine so I got a good look at her outfit and what really went on..lol. When she came in the crowd went wild they were kind of buggin. But you know Keyshia's fans really love her because she is so real. She did not stay as long as some would have liked but she was doing two parties in one night. I later heard her on a Baltimore radio station saying that she had to get on the road right after the party for an event in DC. But her fans were just happy to see her and getting into the party was a task in itself, but that was usual for an Obie of Motions Ent. event.Oh yeah I can't forget to let you guys know that MochaMoves was getting shout outs in the party..lol. Now back to Keyshia, her outfit was cute, she had on a wide leg denim one piece ( for the record wide leg denim is back) with a large Chanel belt. From what I have heard the album is hot and it even debut at number two on the Billboard 200 chart. So go out and pick one up and enjoy some pics from the event.

MUSIC- ALICIA KEYS

Hey guys welcome back, hope you are enjoying this hot weekend as much as I am. I really can't believe that it is 80 degrees in October, but I like it. This is the season for new albums and a the long awaited Alicia Keys album is on it's way. Her new album will be called "As I Am" and is scheduled to drop on November 13th. The reason Alicia Keys album made it into my blog is because I had a MochaMoves connection with it. I was in the city on my way to one of my friends Modeling company and bumped into this long line that was going around a block. I asked what the line was about only to find out that it was an audition line for Alicia Keys backup singers, so I joined..lol just kidding!.Well I didn't join the line but I did take a few pictures, when people have a passion they are really dedicated because there were hundreds of people out there trying to fill two slots. ON THE SCENE- NUVO

Hey guys welcome back, hope you are enjoying this beutiful weekend. Recently I went to a really cool NFL themed house party with a few friends and discovered a new drink, NUVO. NUVO is said to be the worlds first sparkling Vodka Liqueur and it is geared directly to females, the bottle even says for her on it. It is pink and tastes like an innovative whine cooler. With a touch of French sparking whine it really has a refreshing fruity taste. NUVO has also been sponsoring a lot of cool parties around the country as well, thanks to the marketing guru behind it. John Vasquez is the face that is pushing this new drink and he is also one of the forces responsible for the success of Alize. John is also and elite event promoter and a savvy businessman. The party that I discovered this drink was held at his house and had a great mix of people. From NFL players to Free from 106 & Park. I had lots of fun so enjoy the pics.

ON THE SCENE-USHER

Hey guys welcome back, sorry I took so long to bring you guys a new post. Recently Usher did an in store event to promote his new fragrance USHER, it was a success the line was down the block. I was on the scene for this event so I have the scoop. Usher looks a lot older and mature since the last time I saw him and his wife was also there to support him. Other than the in store event Macy's set up a VIP lounge for the superstar. Fans that bought the $90 package scored a pic with him, and those who bought $140 package got be in the VIP lounge with him.He took a lot of pics showing off his wedding ring. Enjoy the pics.
